Square cakes demand a certin authority in a room, and they are very hard to miss. They are alos veyr easy to slcie and serve because of their corners. The above cake is a delicious buttercream creation, that is laced in fondant frosting, and chocolate trimming. I can only imagine enjoying such a cake.

The last cake was kind of “cut and dry”, or downright plain in comparison to this cake. This cake is different though, probably because of it's shiny stenciled fondant glazed, or maybe it is the bronxe jewlery decorations. Whatever it is, it is a perfect example of how square cakes do not have to be plain in any way.
